Todos que falavam do Atacama, falavam de uma viagem mágica. Para mim foi contemplação. Ser levado de um ponto a outro para mirar paisagens incríveis. O deserto de sal é ótimo para preservar coisas; o que vi preservado ali são histórias. Cada montanha tinha mitologia própria. A arquitetura das casas refletia essas histórias. As pessoas dali, de muito tempo atrás ou do presente, contavam essas histórias. Essa viagem foi um exercício de revelar e de deixar registros. De revelar o que contam as paisagens, as pessoas, de revelar o meu olhar.
